Recorded “no” votes in council minutes

The Richfield City Council minutes, as summarized by The Utah Ledger, name Kevin Arrington among the members voting no on 1 agenda item. Minutes do not always record each member's vote, so this list does not show how Kevin Arrington voted on other items. On a motion to deny, table or continue, a no vote is a vote against that motion. It is not a score or a rating.

Background

Kevin Arrington serves on the Richfield City Council. A Utah State University Extension conference biography from 2011 documented his work as Sevier County’s tourism and events director, following earlier positions directing Salt Lake County’s Zoo, Arts and Parks program, assisting Congresswoman Enid Greene and lobbying in Washington. The same biography reported a master’s degree from Utah State University with an emphasis in public policy and a University of Utah bachelor’s degree in political science. Richfield’s January 13, 2026, minutes record his oath of office for his new council term.
