Background
Jeff Shumway helped launch Utah's Office of Professional Licensure Review in July 2022. He leads reviews of state licensing requirements to inform legislative changes. Earlier, he worked at the Bridgespan Group and Social Finance, advising nonprofits, philanthropies and government agencies. He studied economics at BYU and public policy at Harvard Kennedy School.
