Background
Craig Hall took the Second District Court bench in 2021. He previously practiced civil litigation, worked as senior legal counsel at Intermountain Healthcare and served in the Utah House from 2013 to 2021. He studied political science at Utah State University and law at Baylor. The court's biography says Hall served on the Utah Judicial Conduct Commission from 2017 to 2021 and chaired it for the last two years. He was appointed to the Second District Court in July 2021 and took the bench that November, hearing cases in Davis, Morgan and Weber counties.
