Background
Angela Oh leads economic and policy research at GOPB. She previously directed research for the Pew Charitable Trusts' state fiscal-health project, working on budget sustainability, forecasting and fiscal risks. Her earlier roles included public-finance research at the Gardner Policy Institute, budget management at UDOT and legislative statistics. She holds economics degrees from the University of Utah.
