2026 election guide

Utah election results

Election Day is November 3, 2026. Polls and drop boxes close at 8 p.m. Mountain time, and the first results follow.

Official results

Results are posted by the Lieutenant Governor's office for statewide races and by each county for local ones. We link to them rather than copy numbers, so you always see the current count.

How the count works

Counts on election night are unofficial. Counties keep counting ballots that arrived by 8 p.m. Election Day, so totals can change in the days after, and close races may not be called right away. Counties certify their results first, then the state does.
