The Utah courts say their Online Court Assistance Program, known as OCAP, has been retired and replaced by MyPaperwork, which asks step-by-step questions on a phone, tablet or computer and builds the completed court forms from the answers. [1]

The courts list the case types now handled in MyPaperwork: divorce, parentage (custody for unmarried parents), cohabitant abuse protective orders, child protective orders, civil stalking injunctions, guardianship of a minor, of an adult and of an adult child, guardian and conservator exams, guardianship reports, and name or sex designation changes. [1]

For case types that have not moved, the courts direct people to their self-help pages and fillable forms. The page does not say that preparing forms in MyPaperwork also files them, so people should check the filing steps for their case type. [1]
