Visit Salt Lake

Visit Salt Lake describes itself as a private, nonprofit corporation responsible for promoting Salt Lake as a convention and travel destination, and the official convention and visitors bureau. It works with Salt Lake County to strengthen the local economy by drawing conventions, leisure travelers and other visitors. [1]

It reports more than 650 business and individual members and an office on South West Temple in downtown Salt Lake City. It is a nonprofit partner of the county, not a county department. [1]
