Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce

The chamber's own history puts its first board of directors meeting on September 14, 1949, at the Utah Field House of Natural History. Early committees included Highway 40 and roads committees and a National Guard committee. [1]

Its current committees focus on public relations, community development, legislative impact, education, conservation issues and business development. The Dinah-Mites ambassadors welcome new businesses and help with local events. [1]
