Neighbor

Neighbor connects people seeking storage or parking with people and businesses that have space available. Its company description identifies a 2017 founding and a Lehi base. Listings can involve space in homes or on property, putting the marketplace across both residential and commercial settings. [1] [2]

Neighbor’s platform connects hosts and renters, while individual spaces have their own access arrangements and characteristics. Its marketplace applies a sharing-economy model to garages, driveways and other underused property, alongside commercial storage and parking space. The Lehi business therefore sits between property owners and people seeking a place for their belongings or vehicles, with the terms of each listing shaping the actual arrangement. [1] [2]
