Mandarin Restaurant

Mandarin opened in Bountiful in January 1977, founded by Gregory and Jeni Skedros. Its own history describes a Greek-American family entering the Chinese restaurant business with help from their children. That family story remains part of the restaurant’s present identity. [1]
