Lucid Software

Lucid Software makes tools that help teams put ideas, processes and systems into a shared visual form. Its products include Lucidchart for diagramming and Lucidspark for virtual whiteboarding, alongside product-management and roadmapping tools. The company identifies South Jordan as its global headquarters and lists offices in other countries. [1] [2]

Ben Dilts and Karl Sun co-founded Lucid in 2010, according to the company’s history, to address a gap in cloud-based visual collaboration. Its product range now spans planning and documenting work across engineering, operations and other teams. The Utah headquarters is one part of a business whose software and working arrangements support collaboration across locations. [1] [2]
