In the candidate's own words

Stacey Pendergraft is a caregiver for people with disabilities in Sevier County, according to her website as cited by the Tribune, and says she has no interest in becoming a career politician. The Tribune mentions no prior office. [1]

In the survey, Pendergraft says the Legislature often pursues its own agenda and favors corporations over everyday citizens. She proposes tiny homes on existing lots, penalties for banks and corporations that hold empty homes, and housing in unused space above downtown businesses. She opposes data centers that use Utah's water and wants Utah to be the first state to guarantee housing to veterans. She opposes Amendment B and declined to answer on Amendment A. [1]

These are the candidate's own survey answers as printed by the Tribune, not checked by The Utah Ledger. [1]
