Nathan L. Rawlings earned a bachelor’s degree in technology systems from Utah State University in 2021 and graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. His university biography identifies him with the law school’s 2024 class and describes experience as a corporate attorney, legal clerk and intern at Vernal-based contractor BHI. That work involved contracts, corporate law and legal research. His earlier professional background included human-resources management, international business and other operational roles.
