Jeff Siddoway serves on the Santaquin City Council and is its Mayor Pro Tem; the city lists his term as running to January 6, 2030. His city biography says he holds a University of Utah degree in business management. His assignments include the Planning Commission, the Utah League of Cities and Towns Legislative Policy Committee, flood control, economic development with Mayor Olson, Orchard Days and Rodeo, a new UTA bus route, and a skate-park funding study with Councilmember Del Rosario.
A May 22 notice set a June 2 hearing on Santaquin's tentative budget and a proposed property tax increase. On June 16 the council instead unanimously adopted the certified rate of 0.001399, and the final budget's lines for a fire-department tax increase are zero.
